Eton Arts Week
Next dates
Introducing Eton Arts Week!
Between 24th May and 1st June 2025 Eton will be teeming with art and art related events. There will be lots of beautiful art to view and to purchase as well as a number of activities to get involved in for young and old. Since it opened in 2019 Eton Information Centre has championed locally created art and artists. With the popular Art@67 and Gallery@79, artists are given the opportunity to display their work and sell it through the Information Centre, with many also receiving direct commissions. We are now taking it one step further with an events week that will firmly put local artists’ creativity on the map.
Eton Arts Trail
Throughout Eton Arts Week locally created art will be found in the shops and businesses throughout the town. Pick up a trail map at the Information Centre and enjoy our high-street-long art gallery. These art pieces will be available to buy as well as to admire. You will find more information on artists taking part published here soon.
En Plein Air Eton
En Plein Air – the art of painting outdoors, is coming to Eton. Over the weekend of 24th and 25th May, using some of the many beautiful locations to be found in Eton, artists will participate in a competition to create original art. Their work will be displayed and judged at the Austen-Leigh and Baldwin Institute. You can find more information on the event and how to apply to take part here.
Art Exhibition
Eton is hosting an art exhibition and sale at the Austen-Leigh and Baldwin Institute on the weekend of 31st May to 1st June. Organised by the Windsor Artists Collective it will feature the work of many local artists and you will have the opportunity to meet the artists as well as purchase their art. Most exhibiting artists have now been confirmed and you can find out more about them on the Art Exhibition page.
Workshops
You can also take part in one – or several – of the many creative workshops running throughout the week. Workshops and activities will be listed on the website as they are confirmed. https://etonartsweek.co.uk/
